- We do not sell lifetime licenses, activation keys, or one-time software purchases
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on Microsoft’s subscription terms and provisioning status.
- If a subscription has not yet been provisioned, a refund request may be considered.
- If a subscription has already been activated or assigned, refunds may not be possible.
- Any approved refunds will be processed according to Microsoft and payment provider policies.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may request cancellation of subscription renewal before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively cancel an active subscription period.
